Protein! It keeps the sugar levels even! Almonds, pistacious, low fat cheeses, slices of lunch meat, peanut butter, hard boiled eggs, yogurt all are good sources of protein!

I sometimes like to snack on a T of low fat cream cheese and Triscuits. Or 1 oz of 2% milk cheese with whole wheat crackers, small handful (17 to be exact) of raw almonds, celery with a T of peanut Butter, pretzals, nutrigrain bars, granola bars, 1/2 c of sherbet or italian ice, cottage cheese with fresh pineapple. I am new too and have two little girls! I didn't start gaining weight until I was prego with my first daughter. I have fluctuated ever since. Now my weight is really affecting my health. I have a BP issue that developed with my second daughter. I will help you!
