I have NO clue how I managed to eat so little and exercise so much in those 4 months!

I have gained 6lbs. since 2 weeks ago... waiting for that to start coming down :0)

I was thinking about the Polar FT7 or spending a little more for the FT40 I think. Is the FT7 pretty accurate for calorie count purposes.

I just want to make sure I am not eating below BMR when I do cut.

BTW I am doing 2100 as "maintenance" for the rest of the month and then I will re-evaluate weight loss and inches lost etc. before I start a 15% cut.

Do you suggest going all in and eating the suggested amount right away or building up to that level? Is it better to go all in and adjust lower if needed later? Fat2Fit says I should be eating 2221 calories I have bumped to 1950 this week and plan on 2100 next week, but I am not sure if that is a good idea. Fat2fit also…

I use almond milk in my cereal and protein shakes.

Wow this link was awesome. I had been eating at 2100 last week based on another post, but I felt like this was just too high even though maintenance was 2224. I had done a 15% reduction on my own to 1950ish and that is what I had planned on eating until I lost 5 or so pounds and then I was going to re-evaluate. This is…

I chose moderate on both sites, and I attempt to eat that much protein per day but usually only end up with 115-125 on most days. I am just going to go with 1950 for now I think and just make sure to eat 200 more than my BMR on heavy cardio days...

I am confuesed about TDEE I calculated it on Fat2Fit's website and got 2224 as moderately active (this is a 20% cut built in). I did the fitness frog calculator and got 2288 as TDEE and subtracting 15% from that is 1945. There is a big difference 299 calories! I have been eating 2100 based on advice from another post about…

I found a recipe on pinterest for something similar using zuchinni for noodles and it was delish.

I am just never going to buy it again. I cannot handle its power! I am too weak :0)

I under pronate and have low arches which is very unusual anyone have any ideas about what shoes to get. I have problems with shin splints also.

Thank you so much for the encouragement and advise. I have been listening to the Fat2Fit podcasts and following some of these posts for a week or so but I just hadn't had the guts to really commit to a calorie level that high. I am going to do it and I will update in the following months my results. I am really just…

Thanks I guess I just need reassurance! I was thinking about dropping 3 of the workouts (I am almost done with C25K and I have been doing Jillian Michaels Shred it with weights on those days also), but now I am at a point where I am running 25-30 minutes and about to be runnign 3 miles on those days. I think I may be over…

OK I just found all of this information this morning and I went to the fat2fitradio website and completed the calculations. The body fat calcs. were all different ranging from 14.5% to 30.7%. I used the 30.7% which was the military calc. Age 26 Female Weight 145 Goal Weight 135 Height 67 inches Harris-Benedict Formula 1478…

Thanks for the replies. I don't want to spend money on testing, I will just go with the Military Calculations to see my progress I guess!

I am stuck at 144-145! I have been there for a month and a half almost! This week I have tried upping my calories from 1280-1350 to 1500-1600ish based on some of the posts that have been going on around here. I haven't gained weight so that is a plus! I am less cranky because I am eating a little more, but we shall see if…
