I just ate half a jar of Nutella!
Well I just kept eating it! At one point I wanted to stop, but I said no I will keep eating until I am physically ill and I am going to throw the rest away and never eat this chocolate crack again. Wow I feel gross!!! LOL

Fitbit or BMF or HRM? Opinions please!
I have been looking at getting some kind of device to track calories burned etc. I run 3 times per week and do Jillian Michaels DVDs right now. I cannot decide which device would be best. Any input on any of these would be greatly appreciated. They are all so expensive I want to make the right choice!

Upped my calories acccording to BMR and TDEE...
and I have gained 5 lbs. in one week! Is this normal? My BMR is 1381 and TDEE is 2224. I am eating 1950 calories and excercising at a moderate activity level (running.. well jogging 30 minutes x3 week and JM 6 week 6 pack x3, JM Shred it with weight or JM 30DS alternating on the other 3 days, 1 rest day).
