  • I don't have a BMF but I do get that when I wear a watch that contains nickel. I am allergic to that.
  • You are at my goal weight! I currently weight 150 after upping calories. I was 143. I am 5"6.5 and goal weight it 135-140ish. My BF scale said 29.1% but I know that is not 100% accurate. I hold all of my weight in my stomach. How accurate is the bod pod?
  • Thanks for the responses. I think that I am going to try the calorie cycling at the maintenance level to see what happens this month and then re-evalute.

  • Our stats are really similar. I am 26 5 ft 6.5 Lowest weight 143.5 Current 149...150 today! GW 135. I have been aiming for 1800 cals for a month but I keep gaining. I just started NROLFW yesterday and hope to do that 3x and run 2x per week.

  • My Dr. told me I could resume exercise at my 2 week checkup. I ran a 5k 3 weeks after surgery and was fine. I wasn't lifting at the time though just running. I felt great afterwards and I feel even better 1 year later.

  • I also gained 5 pounds. I started upping about 2 weeks ago. Yesterday I weighed and was 1 pound down. Today another 1 pound down! I feel great also so keep going! I am eating maintenance for one month before I cut so I am eating about 2100 calories when before I was eating 1200-1400.
