I am obsessed with roasted chickpeas. Preheat oven to 400 then open and drain a can of chickpeas. Toss in a bowl with spices and olive oil and roast for 40 minutes.

Overnight oats 1/3 C rolled oat 1/4 C plain greekyogurt 1/3 C almond milk 1/4 C water 1/2 Tablespoon chia and flax Dash of vanilla, lots of cinnamon, splenda brown sugar. Mix together and in the morning warm up for 2 minutes and top with a tablespoon of banana granola peanut butter and SF maplesyrup !

OH, I see. Maybe she would like them if she helped make them or come up with a flavor? I babysit my sister's 6 year old and I noticed that she is more excited and eager to eat if she helps make the food.

Thinking on trying to make a banana nut muffin bar when I get ingredients. Here's what I might do: Vanilla protein powder,almond butter, 1Tbsp of dried bananas and walnuts, sprinkle cinnamon. Or maybe instead of dried bananas, I'll use banana extract, and butter flavoring? Inputs anyone? :D

Yes baking with it is very tricky ! Replace 1 C of reg flour with 1/4 of coconut flour and add more liquid. Coconut flour is VERY absorbent. I've made about 3 things with it and my result was a moist but dry, thick product,

Mine were really gooey as well. I am waiting for the creator of the website to mesg me the grams of each ingredient because I have a small protein scoop. I froze mine for 2 hours and still it got really soft while in my hand.
