My diet contains lots of fruit and a moderate amount of roots and grains. Fruits are easier for me to digest so usually my sugar intake is around 80-170g ! :)

Hey there! I use Kaizen vegan vanilla protein. I have not tasted it on its own because It taste amazing in smoothies and I make a no bake cookie dough batter with it. I have heard Sun warrior is amazing as well.

Vega Brand has electrolyte pouches which are a life saver and they are 0 calories. I recently went Keto so I really need to boost my electrolytes, my daily staples include spinach, avacados, nuts, himalayan salt, poppy seeds. If your not low carb you can add bananas, potatoes, tomatoes, coconut water into your diet.

I was in your position a few years ago and honestly you just have to do it slowly! I did it on my own then later found out its called Reverse Dieting. Really beneficial! Start by adding 50 cals 5-10g carbs per week. Or if you still need help look up Ledbetter.com
