    Thank you, @tlharin!

In other news, I did my first 5K tonight -- walking, not running, and it was totally accidental, but I am still feeling mighty fine about it. This was my post-workout celebratory meal:

ETA: Aaaaaand it's sideways. Sorry everyone. I promise it looks terrific rightside-up.

Need to go shopping...a meal from pantry and freezer: half of the world's biggest sweet potato, salt baked and filled with garlic lemon green peas, chickpeas, and basil from my poor neglected plant.

Made a tuna salad tonight (Trader Joe's no salt albacore, cheddar, celery, celery greens, tomato, spinach, mixed greens, red bell pepper, mushrooms, cucumber, garlic salt, black pepper); celery with hummus; and a couple clementines.

Cumin mashed sweet potato + smoked cheddar quesadilla with spinach hummus (heavy on spinach, light on chickpeas = fantastic mix of pesto and hummus)

Red curry tofu with rice and some basil

Cheerful protein-packed vegetarian breakfast of yogurt, protein boost granola, berries after three mile morning run

Every spring I set up some home-infused rhubarb vodka. You should too. In a large lidded glass jar: two cups chopped fresh rhubarb, one cup sugar, as much vodka as will fit, stir to dissolve some, add more vodka if possible, then ignore leaving in a cupboard for a week, stirring once a day and maybe sneaking a sip. You know: to test. Strain, store in refrigerator. This is one of my containers on infusing day two.

Did you use the tricks from Ludo Lefèbvre, stuffing it with Boursin and rubbing it with butter after cooking? It looks pretty good!

No boursin in mine, but was rubbed with butter after it was plated
