Try joining a gym. I had the most fun working out and meeting new people a few years ago and the more I toned and lost the better I felt. A real depression breaker. hard to get started but well worth the effort. Good luck

I find I need to eat most of my alloted calories, spread over five meals to keep my metab working. This keeps those plateaus at bay. Good luck
