This! Really! At 135... and only 6 lbs from your goal... you are really gonna have to work for it!

It doesn't make sense that there is more calories in juice....I'm sure the gram for gram amounts or the type of fruits, or calories per piece, are just different. I juice daily and I add the calories of the whole fruits that I put in. (I weigh the fruit and veggies)... From what I understand, and someone correct me if I am…

I don't mind black coffee... but I usually use 3-4 drops of SweetLeaf Vanilla Creme Stevia concentrate. It's really tasty and "natural"...and as far as I know, Stevia is still on the list of sweeteners that are not "deadly" or concocted by Satan :)

From personal experience, when my ex started being "insecure" and accusing me of cheating...he was the one who was cheating. Just my thoughts, I hope that is not the case for you! Most likely, he knows you are gorgeous and this sees some sexy trainer as a threat (because of insecurity)... be respectful of his insecurities…

1200 cals in low...especially if you are running 3x a week (even with a desk job)... you are probably going to want to change it to more like 1 lb a week.
-
I assume that you have your settings to lose 2lbs a week based on that calculation?
-
In my opinion, you should save your money. Although they are an easy, prepackaged option...they are not really that good for you! The sodium is high, the ingredient quality is poor, they are pricey, and you can really get much better food for the money. I suggest making a few large meals and packaging them and freezing…

I don't think there's any hope for this little fatty.... get used to creme puffs and video games. He's always gonna be a chunker!

Hey! I'm Kayla. 27, married, 4 year old daughter, full time student. A few goals: 1. Lose 12 lbs. 2. Work out 4 days a week, no exceptions, no excuses! 3. Plan my meals, stick to them. 4. Get back to a low to no animal product diet -- (for health reasons, many animal products make me feel like *kitten*) Everyone feel free…

Yes Please!! ...everyone feel free to add me as a friend!

I had the zip before...(I lost it and got the "one" to replace it) It is def better than a pedometer... it syncs to mfp and changes your intake goals. Don't spend the extra money getting anything more than the ZIP.

Either this is some weird prank, the OP is trying to "out the wife" OR he wants to be shot... This whole thing seems odd.

I didn't think that Christmas gifts were usually part of FWB arrangements...? I vote for fantasy fulfillment coupons... ;)

Hang out :)

thanks for your responses...! I will look at what I can do to strengthen while still taking it easy on my knee! Shouldn't be too hard to do :)

Thanks for posting! You were exactly where I was....and are now where I want to be! Great inspiration! You and your daughter are both beautiful!

no one heard of this?

I don't believe that this is a "safe" product. No, you shouldn't die from it... buts its certainly not healthy either. Reasons: Top three ingredients: Sugar = not so great. Creamer? What is creamer? I doubt that is "cream" from a cow... is it that powder non dairy stuff? Partially Hydrogenated Oils are bad. They are the…

You're muscle did not turn to fat... you lost muscle and gained fat. There is a HUGE difference...

You look great! Fit, hairy men are super sexy! Great job!

Well...the obvious answer would be to save your money and eat at home :) but I know that is not always an answer. When you eat out, you are running the risk of having no clue what you are eating ---even when you eat at chains that have posted nutrition information, that does not mean that the food is prepared at the same…

I had the exact same problem and was told the same thing once! I think that it's true. I increased my sodium (i sit around 1500-2000 a day now) and I have not had the symptoms anymore. Sodium and potassium (and the combination of the two, at the correct ratio) is actually crucial to proper bodily functions :)

I have heard a lot about IF but not really sure what it consists of...can someone please explain?

Im a packer fan... Till death. We are already friends though :)

The process of homogenizing milk chemical changes the protein and sugar molecules so that they are able to become smaller and suspend in the milk mixture...(therefore not having to shake it!) I like to put things in my body in the natural form... http://www.raw-milk-facts.com/homogenization_T3.html This is just what I…
-
The processes that they do the the cow and the milk are unsafe. Always buy organic (yes, it costs more), buy non-homogenized if possible. RAW is best. My opinion.

amazing! Great job!
