I love Greek God's Plain or the Strawberry Honey - so good. OR...Siggi's Strawberry - no added sugar, high protein. But at $2.50 a pop I can only afford it when it's on sale (which it was yesterday so I bought the whole shelf)

I must be looking at the wrong diary... I see a lot of crap food. McDonalds, hot fudge sundaes, velveeta dinners. Your body is not getting the nutrients that it needs. If you are giving your body crap, you are going to get crappy results no matter how hard you try. Period.

I agree with pretty much everyone here.... cheese substitutes are kind of a waste of time and money. Not good at all. BUT...cashew and nutritional yeast based macaroni and faux cheese dishes are actually really good! I finished mine with some sauteed mushrooms and truffle oil. ^^This. Simply not eating "starch" and grains is NOT eating low carb. Fruit (although there are nutritional benefits) has a similar effect on your body, and blood sugar, as eating starchy carbs...

^^^THIS! You have made great changes...and as you get healthy, your body MAY start to crave other healthy things... It's all a process and anything that gets you a little closer to living healthy is AWESOME!

I do the full body routine because the gym is about 30 minutes away from me and I am only in that town 3 days a week... so that is what works for me. Thanks for your input :)

family of 4... 3 adults (husband, myself and foster adult) and 1 child (age 4)...we spend about $80 a week. We shop at the co-op in bulk grains, sale or seasonal produce, organic dairy (limited) and meat when on sale. If it's summer or farmers market season I can take this down to $50 a week.

Instead of worrying about what you eat on Super Bowl Sunday... just plan a three day fast or cleanse following it! All that detoxing is surely gonna get rid of all the *kitten* you ate on Sunday.

You are not losing weight because your calorie deficit is not great enough. Possibly your calories are set too high (hard to tell you without knowing your activity level), you are underestimating calories consumed, you are not working out hard enough...
