I am eating over my calories... do I need to eat back all my calories. I am a student...so I am very sedentary....that's why I am at 1200.

The cereal is not a norm... I know it is a lot of sugar but somedays I feel like I am going to go crazy if I don't eat sugar. My yogurt is also high in sugar...and ALL fruit is. How do I still eat fruit without going over my sugar? Or do ppl just not eat fruit when dieting.

You shouldn't eat McDonald's EVER ;) not only is it horribly unhealthy (fat, sodium, etc) ...the food quality is bad as well. You're body is a temple... don't put that S*it in it! lol. I make zucchini boats...I scoop out the center of a zucchini and fill it with a can of stewed tomatoes, fat free ricotta, and then a italian seasoning... I top it this crushed fat free croutons and bake until done. Yummy... It tastes like veggie lasagna minus all the carbs and fat.

well said... people think that being a vegetarian is UBER HEALTHY... (which it can be!) but then they eat fried onion rings, chips, or whatever they want that is "vegetarian".... which certainly does not give you the same healthy benefits of a "whole food" plant based diet.

Well... you should NEVER eat less than 1200 calories... so please don't do that! ;-) I would say try hard to stay around your calories... if you go over one day, work out a little harder the next. It really all evens out!

Diamond nuts makes amazing flavor roasted almonds! I LOVE the cocoa almonds...I buy the big thing of them then portion them out into 100 calorie grab bags! Super good!
