The jalepeno or sweet peppers @DittoDan linked are really really good I am told, I have a nightshade allergy so cant eat them but hubby LOVED them and daughter even liked them. we have Zombies Run! all 3 seasons, all the addons and side missions and radio modes, along with The Walk by them and the Z25K. REally enjoy the storyline and even the side missions but Eugene and Jack on radio mode are the best!

I took a 12 hour fasting blood test, specifically for insulin NOT glucose. The range was like 5-24 as normal and i was a 43. I take Met, eat LCHF and take Inositol and I still hover near 24/25.
