I was always just 15lbs over too! but in reality it was more like 50! the last ten have been the hardest to get and keep off!

I don't think our ancestors lived as long. Maybe the preservatives and stuff is keeping us alive (just kidding) I do need to drop the artificial sweetener though...and stevia tastes weird to me. :-)

mixed with peanut butter and cereal (usually Kashi Honey Sunshine). if I can afford it I substitute pb2 for the real stuff. Have a 1/2 cup mixed with cinnamon before bed everynight.

I walk with my dog about 5 miles a day. I used to have metatarsal pain from too much walking and running. I have the Sketchers...and they are so comfortable on my feet...

I think it is for "all foods" and can also be broken down into the particular meal you are currently entering for. most used breakfast most used lunch etc..

I found a store that carries it ...13 miles from me.....ROAD TRIP! or I could order it from Amazon. Maybe I'll call first and see if they have it in stock and also the cost before heading out. Maybe cheaper to order it online.

when I get carded or a clerk/waitress needs to see my drivers license...I always get..."You've lost a lot of weight!" also the fact that I still get carded...(although I think they are supposed to card everyone)
