don't know if this is nationwide or only in my area (knoxville TN)...but they are part of the buy 10 promotion that kroger has from time to time.
Most of the dinners/meals are on sale at almost half off (approx $2.50)
I've stopped purchasing Lean Cuisines and might stock up on these for emergencys.

Are they good and good for you as far as calorie and fat content?0

I think they have less sodium than most frozen dinners...I don't track that..so I'm not too sure.
but her Indian Plank Paneer has 270 calories 10gram protein, 5grams sugar, 5grams fiber and 9grams fat
the Black Bean Enchilada has 160 calories 6grams fat, 5 grams protein, 2 grams sugar and 3 grams of fiber.
I had the best pot pie from Amy's (I think it's been discontinued)...but it was under 200 calories.
I'm only using these for emergencies...as I try to eat freshly prepared meals whenever possible.0
