I'm 5'8" and I used to weigh between 145 and 150, happy at that weight. I was 132 once (dancing in a musical), and was skinny but didn't look too skinny. My goal now is to get back down to 145, 135 maybe. But I'll be very happy with 145.

You should get checked out by a doctor. Just in case, something maybe pinching. If not, at least you know it's ok.

Glad you're ok. But REPORT IT NOW! The police can send someone to the area for extra coverage and warn people at least and maybe prevent this from happening to another person. Don't wait until tomorrow!

To: Pu_239: By the looks of the pics you posted. You had great results overall! I have done low days and high days to zigzag, same calorie amount overall for the week, and had great results. Do what works for you. If it doesn't work, try something else.

I upped my calories to 1450 when I started on here. After a few weeks and I was more used to netting that amount I dropped down to 1350. I have consistently lost 1-2 lbs, and sometimes even 3 lbs a week eating these amounts. The one week that I tried 1200 only, I didn't lose a thing and was grouchy and exhausted. I eat…

I just finished 36 hours! Didn't think I'd make the 24, but then when i passed I thought I'd try for 36! Made it after my walk this morning! :)

I changed my goal from the advised 1200 to 1450 and wasn't hungry at all and lost 2 lbs in a week, so I changed it to 1350 and I have days where I'm ravenous and days when it's harder to eat the full amount cause I'm just not hungry. I've lost 19 lbs so far, and have 40 more to go. Been losing about 2 lbs a week so far…
