5-6am but lately it's back to the same route of 8-10pm, just cause it works best for my sleep schedule.

Whiskey, Old Fashions, Whiskey, Vodka, and did I say Whiskey? I am going to start trying more beer as I am an amateur when it comes to what is a good brew, I just stick with Leffe Blonde, Estella, Kronenbourg, and wine, red mostly.

Time had nothing to do with it, if you are worried about gaining wait. It's all about maintaining a deficit. You can eat at 2am and wake up at 4am and see a weight gain on the scale and that's only cause your body has not burned it off yet BUT that does not mean you have gained weight.

I take it you are saying it's a fat area? If so no type of workout will spot reduce the fat, you can do exercises to build and tone that area but the only way to get rid of the fat is with Cardio and Diet!
