You are missing the point. It doesnt matter about a particular section of time. It's about the 24 day. You may burn less when sleeping BUT you will burn a bit more when awake. The point being is your body is CONSTANTLY burning calories. again CONSTANTLY. even when sleeping.

I look at beer like this. It has water in it. Kill to birds with one stone. Get hydrated and get drunk!

your body burns cals 24 hours a day. Calories are energy your body needs energy to do things like say. pump your heart, digest food while sleeping, keep your brain active, you know lil things like that.

calories in, calories out. Doesn't matter when you consume these calories as long as you burn them.

I think a mix of the two works best. Keep good macro balance but don't hinder yourself too much and by the clean eating but try to abide by it as best as possible.

TDEE is good to maintain. If you want to gain be it fat or muscle you need to eat over TDEE. If you have ever heard the terms bulking and cuttings those pretty much mean gaining mass(preferably muscle) or losing weight(fat preferably)

This is so wrong. First and foremost fat doesn't turn into anything. Secondly. cardio will help lose some of the fat but then you may be left with a saggy arm so the best way to replace the underlying fat that once was is to build some muscle.
