If i were to try to find the time, there would be no way. I work 40+ hours a week and my daily commute is over 3 hours. Then i have to come home, make dinner, get the homework done and play with the kids too! I always work out at night, There are some days where it seems to be impossible, but i have to push myself....…

I also weigh myself every day, but i only log once a week. Usually on Mondays! I hate having to log my gains if i do not do well over the weekend, But Mondays are definitely the days!

I was stuck for weeks last year. I would gain and then go back to what i was before. Make sure you are getting enough water, about 100 oz a day is what i go for. Also, up your veggies! I am a stylist, and yes.... it is true. Your hair has natural oils. Unless your hair is over oily, the best idea is to only wash it every other day.... if you can even go 2 days without washing, that is even better! Also, you can always get some Redken Anti-Snap. It will help add the protein back in your hair!

If you are trying to lose weight and gain muscle, you should try to eat about 1 gram of protein per pound of your weight. I get between 125 and 150 grams a day, But i also changed my macros to be eating less fat!
