I want to try this but on a treadmill as I don't have the chance to go out and run due to small children. I would love to be able to run but at 16 stone it doesn't seem the best thing to do!

I'm looking into this whole TDEE method, as MFP has me eating 1200 calories, yet where I have been reading it says don't eat less than your BMR which for me is 1775. I worked out my TDEE which gave me either 1704 factoring in no exercise at all or 2752 for 3-5 hours moderate exercise per week (which I do!) So I am very…

I've just had a moan about this on my news feed, ok my weekends aren't very good, but surely 5 days out of 7 of eating well and exercising should let me see some sort of weight loss :-(

I don't eat the calories back that I have gained from the exercise although if I need to cover some aspect of my food intake that I know I shouldn't have had, then I will use the exercise to burn the excess calories, therefore sometimes, yes I do!! Did that make sense???

I too have done weight watchers which worked really well then got stuck at a specific weight! I've started again with the new plan in conjunction with MFP, only started this week so we'll see how it goes.

Of course it is! Any walking counts even if it is a quick pop to the shop for 5 minutes, especially if you usually jump in the car!

I have a 6 year old and a 14 month old, need to lose the weight to keep running after the little one who is so quick on her feet now!!
