I don't know if this has already been said but I would check with your school to see if they have any free exercise classes or a gym to use. Most colleges have a gym or classes... something. I do. I mean... I totally blew it the other day. But it was very interesting to me because that day would have been any typical day for me before I started watching my calories. It showed me how far I'd come and made me really see where I'd been going wrong.

I just worked out and while it was only for 30 minutes I was dripping with sweat. I felt good that I had pushed myself. Then I took a cool shower and a non-fat iced coffee from Sbux. And a really nice/cute guy took my order. :-)

I love a cup of Twinings Lady Grey tea with orange blossom honey and a splash of milk or french vanilla creamer. The honey has so many calories though so I've tried to cut it out but it's not as tasty.

Wii Fit Active! It comes with a stretch band and includes strength training and cardio. And it's fun! It helped me lose 30 lbs about 3 years ago. Hmmm... need to get back to it!

Not today but the other day I learned that the Chipotle flour tortilla for burritos has like 260 calories in it alone! They may be fresh ingredients but they have a high number of calories. Going with the burrito bowl next time!

I agree with the MIO suggestion. It is very tasty. I also hate lemon. When I go to a restaurant and get water I ask if they can put LIME in the water instead of lemon. Most of the time it's not a problem. At home I'll make a pitcher of water and put thin slices of limes and oranges (and maybe a slice of lemon or two)...…
