I went through early menopause, gained weight because i ate badly and didn't exercise enough. I did not do any hormone therapy, and never looked back. Eat a little less, but smarter and exercise like your life depended on it

there alot of horror stories, I am a nurse and what they don't tell you is that risk of complication is very high.Not just post operative, on going bowel issues. If you go through with it do the sleeve.

People are jealous, you are using self control no excuses and losing weight \. that said at 44 you should not care what they think do or watch. simply do not engage in the conversation they will get tires of it and stop.

I can see you started in Sept. it takes a while to figure out what to eat and when. I wouldn't worry about starvation ..... But that said if you are not eating enough to satisfy yur bodies needs you will go back to old ways. How many calories did you eat before starting here?

Nursing school !!!! Been there done that. Have grab and go food do not eat in the cafeteria. Get some turkey and salad stuff throw it together take it with you. You must study alot so crock pot and or meatloaf ( TURKEY) Do not eat when you study chew gum. Good Luck its a great career choice.

I did the same thing, and had no time for anyone or anything else. I have cut back to min of 4 days per week and kept up the weight loss and have been happier. I do feel guilty and get twitchy but we need a well balanced life. I was using exercise to take the place of food. Healthier but still not good still working on…

I have not gotten one yet, i know there are days that I work out for 1 hour and burn alot of calories and other days same workout i am distracted not into it and burn far less. I Eat back 200 calories on days that i workout

to OP I agree there are bad foods, they are foods that do not occur in nature. For me it is not the food but the amount that I ate, and like you crunchy salty items

Simple 40 mins cardio is not burning 700 calories i take credit for 200 in 9 for example a zumba class) there is a warm up cool down so right there you are at 45 mins not an hour.
