stuck @ 12 pounds
Hi I have been tracking my calories for 6 weeks down 12 pounds. I am stuck unsure what to do next I stay at my 1200 calories, I have a desk job , I do walk about 30 mins a day, then work out 6 days a week. I mix up my workouts, Zumba body pump kick boxing ... I have lost 6 inches but need a plan to shake this weight loss…
