Hi I have been tracking my calories for 6 weeks down 12 pounds. I am stuck unsure what to do next I stay at my 1200 calories, I have a desk job , I do walk about 30 mins a day, then work out 6 days a week. I mix up my workouts, Zumba body pump kick boxing ... I have lost 6 inches but need a plan to shake this weight loss up.... I am leaving for vaction on wednesday so I will be eating differently. Any help will be appreciated, my food diary is open

If you've lost 6 inches, you probably added muscle and lost fat. (Muscle is more compact that fat and burns more calories even when you're not exercising.) You're healthier, so congratulations!
I'm not looking at your diary, but are you eating enough that you aren't lowering your metabolism?0 -
I gave in and looked... no wonder you're not losing any weight! You're eating about 1/2 of what you should. Please read the threads about not lowering your metabolism.0
