  • I lost a pound this week, which isn't the way I wanted to be going - so I increased my calorie allowance and it's now ar 2250. Seems like a lot. I set mfp to gain 1/2 lb a week... does that sound right? Or should I stay at maintenance calories and let my body do what it wants in terms of weight gain. I've now gained 12lbs…
  • I am a huge fan of the Jillian Michaels dvd Yoga Meltdown.. I also love how level 1 and level 2 focus on different parts of the body (I found level 1 was more arm focused). Give it a shot. Do you have a Body Balance class around where you live at a gym? That could also be a nice place to start too.
