A couple of snafu's with your diet will not kill you. Just stay the course and you will hit your goal. If you feel too upset by your snacking just do a couple of extra laps around your neighborhood. IT IS ALL GOOD!!!

I started at 455 myself. Just over 6 months here and have lost a bunch. This site really does work.

It's OK to have a "cheat" or "spike" meal every once and a while. It keeps your body confused and burning fat, not going into "starvation" mode.

I got a nice Trek 4300 and I weigh way more than you. It would be a great bike.
