i just saw your post that it's mastitis- go get antibiotics. i was on the fence whether or not to do that for myself, but both times i've had mastitis, the antibiotics helped SOOOOO much. stopping nursing will make it worse, actually- you need to empty the milk so just keep on nursing- if not more than ever.

I have three kids- the first I breastfed for 2 years, the second for 2 1/2 years, and the third I am currently nursing - she is 5 months old. So- it sounds like you could have mastitis, or thrush, or a plugged duct. Go to Kellymom (google) and read about those things. Go to your doctor and see about getting antibiotics. i…

thanks for the suggestions! i was there the other day and told them they should put a veggie burger with a wholegrain bun on the menu...haha, wishful thinking! when i go, i get unsweetened ice tea and then if i am super hungry, i'll get a small fry and eat half the fries. i will have to try the wraps... i try not to eat…

drinking tea instead of soda eating fruit instead of chocolate getting rid of big clothes having more energy!!!
