I like to do dry rubs on my chicken, usually. I'm not big on sauces. However, I really liked these 2 I found at Target. Both are Archer Farms. One is a Moroccan Grilling Sauce and the other is Garlic and Cracked Pepper. Amazing!

My husband & I started the journey together. Initially he lost quite a bit, but he stopped for a while and regained the bulk of it back. He's back to losing again now and has gotten his motivation back. I'm very proud of him. I also attempted to bring my best friend on the MFP journey, but she did not have the motivation…

I have mostly sent them to friends from support groups and that I've met on MFP, as well. I've also done clothing swaps. I've also given a good deal of it to my mother recently. I had another box or 2 ready to mail to friends within a week or so. I do not hang on to my "fat" clothes any longer, as I feel like it only holds…

1. I fit into size 3/4 SLIM fit Silver jeans at Maurices, which I never would have even tried on in the past because I've always had larger thighs (I'm a pear shape) 2. My mom finally acknowledged that I have done well with my weight loss, plus asked if I had some clothes that might fit her from before I lost the weight. I…

I have friends of all sizes and I get responses across the board whenever I post something regarding my weight. The friends that are most similar to my own size are usually the most supportive and most understanding, I've noticed from my experience. My closest friend, who is considerably heavier than myself, often seems…

I'm just under 5'7" and my initial goal was 150 lbs. I am around 135 lbs and I'm very happy here. I want to stay maintaining in a 10 lb range (135-145) of here and I'll be happy. I'm now focused on toning and building more muscle.

I am currently doing ChaLEAN Extreme and I love it!! I am thinking I would love to continue with the Beachbody DVD's and do either Hip Hop Abs or Brazil Butt Lift next.

Still going to keep eating my sugar in moderation. A calorie is a calorie and I'm not going to keep putting my body through shock. I know what has worked for me.

Congrats on your weight loss! I, too, have had a gastric bypass. I will be 9 years post-op on August 3rd. I've lost around 200 lbs since mine (along with having 2 babies since then & some baby weight to lose). Skin comes with the territory, but your age IS in your favor. I was 26 when I had mine & it was in my favor, also.…

I've lost around 200 lbs, give or take a couple of pounds (I only weigh once every couple of weeks). I have lost around 60 of that on MFP. I've been in "maintenance" with my weight (this time) for around 10 mos, but I don't have an end goal when it comes to measurements and fitness goals. What's worked for me is: 1.…

"You're supposed to look bigger after being a mom" ... UM NO "Haven't you lost enough weight already?!" Again, if I have, that's none of your business, and I'll stop when I'm ready "You're getting too skinny and you look like you're trying to compete with teenagers" Uh, really!?

My eating habits, while improving, are still very much in the moderation zone. I eat what I want, I stay as much in the macros as I can, I lose/maintain, and I move on. I'm still working on evolving, but I doubt that I'll eat be a "clean eater". I like sugar, I like dairy, and I want to eat a big ol' steak. Bring on the…

I'm down 200 lbs, give or take a couple of pounds on any given day.

I'm hypothyroid, as well. I take 75 MCG of Synthroid. I used to just see my PCM for it, but they never seemed to have me on the right dosage and my levels weren't right on blood tests. Since I've been seeing my Endocrinologist for the last year or so, my levels have greatly improved and I feel a lot better.

I prefer capris (the dri-fit ones for running) for my workouts. They are amazing!

I think it's also probably water retention. Step away from the scale for a moment until your body "breathes", so to the speak, from doing the new exercise, and it should be gone.

I'm between 5'6" & 5'7" and around 135 lbs. My befores & afters (pics) are all on my profile.

It's only 20 lbs, really, but the way I'm carrying the weight in my hips & thighs, even in my stomach, is drastically different than it was 3 years. I'm very pleased with the changes :)

I'm here for the deep fried bacon, the chocolate covered bacon, bacon candy bars, and bacon in cookies

You're truly inspiring to me!

I will be glad to motivate you, as motivating others helps me stay motivated. I'll be 36 in January, myself :)
-
Congrats on the wonderful NSV! You're almost to goal now!

I am 35 now, but I started out in my mid-20's at 334 lbs (that I know of, it could have been higher). 9 years later, I am 200 lbs lighter, give or take a couple of lbs. I am glad to be your friend and support you on your journey!

I'm just under 5'7" and my original goal weight was 145 lbs. I'm happily hanging around 135 lbs now. I am a medium framed female.

Great job! You can really tell such a difference! You are super inspirational :)
