I like PB2. It's great for protein shakes and smoothies and it's also great on top of NSA ice cream. I prefer almond butter to peanut butter, otherwise, though.

You look wonderful! Your pics are very inspirational!

I'm right around 5'7" and 137 lbs. I wear a 27 or 28 in jeans, depending on the cut.

I started out with 56" hips and I'm now 34.75" hips. I couldn't seem to figure out how to answer it above.

I'm almost 5'7" and 136.8 lbs. Waist: 27" Hips: 34.75" Bust: 34" BF% is just under 19% so I'm pretty lean and muscular. I haven't reached my UGW, but I am pretty sure my body thinks that it has.

I am far, far beyond "fat girl mentality" and I am in full-blown body dysmorphic disorder, as diagnosed and still in therapy for. I wish it was so easy as to lose OVER 200 lbs, regain a substantial chunk back, get it together, work my tail off and lose it again AND look ever better than better... AND be able to see it and…

I can't really say that the scale lies either, to go along with what my lovely friend 3foldchord says, but I will say that every time I've reached a certain weight, I've always looked different or carried it differently than the last time. It's better that I go with how I feel rather than go by a number to determine how…

If it's just my muscles hurts, I'll rub them down and keep going. If it's either my lower back, right knee, or either ankle, I'll err on the side of caution and give it it a rest. All of the above have been seriously injured in the past, though.

Love this post and I want to save it forever! I will agree with the girl above who used the 2 pics of her at basically the same weight. I have one of me at the exactly the same weight taken 3 years apart and there's an obvious difference.

I'm right around 5'7" and when I began my journey on MFP, I was just under 181 lbs. That was in the middle part of March 2012. I am now at 136.8 lbs, as of last week's weigh-in, so that's almost 45 lbs down in 8 1/2 mos. Not that fastest loss ever, but not totally slow, either. It's very attainable and I feel I'll be able…

We haven't been married quite 2 years, so that makes us still pretty recently married. I was still pretty small when we got married, and I gained over 60 lbs over the course of our first year of marriage that that took me 9 mos to get the majority of it off. I totally sympathize to weight gain after marriage &would be glad…

I'm a mom of 2 (ages 7 and 4).

Just a couple of things: I think you appear to be pretty proportionate from what I could tell from your profile picture, but you should NOT have your calories set to 800 a day. That isn't healthy at all and I'm not sure what the motivation is behind you doing that. Also, yes, we as Americans are seen as bigger people than…

I do their workouts (mostly the Jillian Michael's Workouts) and I have been known to watch the show, BUT I do think they have very unrealistic expectations of how us "normal, everyday people" lose our weight. It's good for the entertainment value, but it would be nice to see a LOT more of where they are now, because they…

I, too, had tried a lot of different sites and programs and always ended up losing to my own willpower and emotional eating. I will be glad to be your friend because MFP has been THE one thing that has stuck like glue and worked for me. I am a Real Estate Agent, but I have a degree in Music performance (Vocal and Piano).…

He's not deployed, but he has been several times and has come home to me looking worn out and a haggard wreck. I want to make it up to him now, even though he's here.

Here is my face comparison ~ From 334 to just under 137. Goal is 135, but I'm pretty much in maintenance :)
-
Here's a few different before/afters I've made: This is the picture that changed it all for me and I joined MFP (March 2012) This shows the difference just a few months can make (Aug 2012 to Nov 2012) This is when I SHOULD have come out of denial about my regain (November 2011) And THIS is very close my heaviest weight…

Air Force wife here. Multiple deployments under my belt, but hopefully no more for the foreseeable future. Would love to be friends with you :)

This was about 1 1/2 mos ago. I haven't taken a more recent one, but I have dropped another size since then.

On my MFP journey, I've lost almost 45 lbs in 8 1/2 mos. Slow but steady. In the past 9 mos, I've lost 55 lbs. In a grand total of my weight that I've kept off in just under 8 1/2 years, I'm at 197 lbs lost. I've been lower than this, but I'm happy at this weight.

I'm glad to be an accountability buddy for you ~ or for anyone else who needs one. I am very good at the logging and I exercise regularly. I'm a slow loser, but the inches are coming off faster than the weight. I'm here for y'all!!

I would love to be friends with you. I am just starting to run, in preparation to run in 5K races. Also, I love cupcakes (no doubt!) so you have a great profile pic. I have lost almost 45 lbs (a little over 20 KG) since I started MFP and I am glad I came to this site. I look forward to knowing you better. Also, with my…
