just found out that I can't have dairy, soy and possibly wheat. just trying to learn how to eat again since those thngs seem to be in many things. How do I eat bread? is there bread out there that I can eat?

I work out 2-5 days a week and have been doing so since march of 09 within the first 5 months I lost inches but gained 5 to 6 libs., which I am assuming was muscle. which brought me to the 125 that I am. Why do you refur to going to the gym as punishment? I think we should be giving ourselves positve thoughts. enjoy working out, think of it as your time. Don't doubt that you will do it for some reason or other just tell yourself that you will and you want to. if you think negatively you will be negative.
