hummus is wonderful. eat it with veggies, with pita, on sandwiches, chips, put it on a grilled cheese sandwich along with some fresh spinach leaves. I love it

salsa is not normaly a problem but the problem is the chips and crakers.

5' 3.5" here, I eat between 1400- 1700 before a workout. when I was trying the 1200 I had no results (over 6 months of trying). not cool at all. Yet another reason I do my best to eat raw. I am vegan and try my best to eat as raw and unprocessed as I can. It is a shame how they market things to people who think they are doing good when really they are not. All tricks to make one think they are doing good and picking something healthy.
