I am making ham for dinner tonight and I need something quick and easy to go with it. Of course it needs to be healthy and MFP friendly. Any suggestions?

Asparagus?
Not everyone's favorite, but I love it. What time should I be over? :bigsmile:0 -
Sweet potato's? They are considered a veggie right? I loooove them!0

My suggestion would be sweet potatoes and broccoli. That way you have a nutritious carb and fiber and the vitamins and minerals of the broccoli and both are very flavorful.
Another alternative would be a spinach salad.0 -

Hop-in-john is a tasty dish of black eyed peas, onion and rice. It goes well with ham. Then you can have some steamed broccoli on the side and maybe some baked apples.0 -

Steamed Zucs, Squash, and Carrots. And another side: some pinto or navy beans.
