It is really easy to make them. put what ever you want to the blender. Kale or spinach and carrots with whatever fruit you want , you can use fresh or frozen fruit.. i am working a getting a pair. They company who makes these had planned on making 1.2 million this year and have already sold 14 million. is what i was told anyway. they are going to try and order mine on Monday so we will see what happens. I am trully looking forward to getting them.

oh they feel great. i went and checked out a pair. they really are very nice. Once you have them on it doesn't feel like you have them on. It is so much like being barefoot.

I agree with you. no one knows someone elses life. and how does one tell by looking at someone that they are naturally skinny? Also skinny or not shouldn't we all pay attention to what it is we are eating? just because one is skinny doesn't mean that they get to pile on the junk.

I sometimes just order steamed veggies with no rice. then I will put red pepper flakes on it. i find it really good.

ok i worked out today no weights just body weight and bands for 45 minutes felt good and had no problems. i followed that up with a 30 minute walk jog. that also went pretty well. So hopefully i feel good in the morning when i wake up for work.

i think there is a need for both. my chiropractor has helped in a number of cases on things that my dr. had no idea on and could not do anything about. Sometimes you need to try more than one thing. if something is not working try something else.

I love grasshopper cookies but i have not seen them around in a while. but i dont buy the stuff at the store. it was the fact that something crunchy sounded good and a lady here at work had boxes of GS cookies in her cube when i was there to ask a question. i caved but I am all better today

lol lol i just ate 4! of the lemonades. i am gonna have to do a extra workout after my PT leaves this afternoon. lol i dont want to take them home and have them there. i need to put them in someone else's cube here at work, that way i have to go get it if i really want it. then i can have them hide them lol
