Yes, my midwife also told me to eat at least 1800-2000 calories a day. I eat between 2000-2200 a day. I am losing fast at the moment right now, but my baby is only 16 days old. I will probably re-evaluate once she gets older and/or I start exercising. I have successfully lost weight with MFP after my last three babies,…

Feel free to add me! I live in the USA, but I am German! :)

Anyone can feel free to add me! Happy mommy of two little boys (almost 3 and 1). I have been logging every day for over a year. I love, love, love to cook healthy meals and cook all of them from scratch. I am a runner! Good to meet you all!

I had never been a runner in my life till I started the C25K in August. At first, I could barely run 30 seconds. In fact, I think I could walk faster than I could run! :) Now I run 10Ks in under one hour with ease! I highly recommend the C25K -- it is an amazing program!!!

Jump roping is great fun! Plus, very cheap and you can jump rope just about anywhere! :)

I have been eating between 1700-2300 calories a day since my son was born in February! My midwife told me not to eat under 1800 calories while nursing. I have no problems eating that much and on the days I work out I happily eat even more. :) This approach totally works for me as I have lost a ton of weight since February.

Feel free to add me! I have lost 77 pounds since I gave birth to my second son in February. Obviously, my son is on table foods at this point, but I am still nursing him quite a bit too, maybe 6 times every day or so.

Blender Whole Grain Yogurt Pancakes, made from scratch! So very yummy! I had 5 pancakes, so about 650 calories. :)

IMO, you cannot overfeed an exclusively breastfed baby. I have a 2 year old and a 10 months old. I have nursed both of them on demand. I am still nursing my younger one. When he is hungry, he nurses. When he is not hungry, he does not nurse. It is as simple as that! :)

Anyone can feel free to add me! I am very active on MFP. :)

I did not wash my first HRM very often. It stopped working after a while. Fortunately, amazon replaced the broken one, and now I make sure to wash my new HRM after every 5th use or more often. Not taking any risks.

Anyone feel free to add me! I have logged on almost 300 days in a row. :)

Welcome to the group! :) I have two boys. My older one is 2.5 years old, my younger one is 9.5 months old. I have lost 74 pounds since giving birth to my younger one, all by eating very healthy, walking and running. I exclusively breastfeed. Although I am very close to healthy BMI at this point, I still eat between…

My midwife told me to eat at least 1800 calories a day while nursing, so I just set my calories to that. I lost over 70 pounds doing that. Now that my son is over 9 months old, I changed my calories to 1680 a day, but since I exercise most days and eat back at least some of my exercise calories, I still ended up eating…

I have two boys, a 2.5 year old and a 8 months old. I am still breastfeeding my younger one. Dropped a ton of weight since he was born by eating a healthy 1800-2000 calories a day. I am about to finish the C25K. On the days I run, I usually eat 2200-2300 calories a day. The weight is still coming off! Anyone feel free to…

Totally love this!!!

When I started the C25K, I started out with Nike running shoes I had bought at Kohls. Bad decision! My knee started hurting after just a couple of runs and those runs were only 60 seconds!! I decided to go to a running store and get fitted for proper running shoes. The analysis was for free. My shoes were $115. Yes, a lot…

Feel free to add me! I have an almost 8 months old. Lost a ton of weight while nursing, want to loose some more.

This honestly seems way too complicated. My midwife says to eat at least 1800 calories when nursing. So, I have been eating between 1800-200 calories a day, sometimes more, since my son was born 7 months ago. I have lost 67 pounds and I am still going strong.
