If it were easy you'd be doing it all the time! I struggle in the beginning every time! Hoping this is my LAST beginning :) Kudos for getting it started.

Being 12 would make this the hardest adventure ever....he's not an adult and does not understand (truly) why food is the enemy. He's probably going thru a really really tough time with this. I know how hard it is for me, I can't imagine being his age and having to go deal with this. First things first, I would get it all…

What went right? I did NOT eat any Halloween candy yesterday. What went wrong was I let my husband buy ice cream at the store and THEN I let him make my bowl! Whooops, I knew I would get more in my bowl that way.....

Anyone is welcome to add me - always looking for new gfree friends as well as weight loss partners - this sight has been great for both! I have been gfree for several years now and feel like an old pro. Steer clear of marinades, sauces, and seasonings as well until you have read and are comfortable with the labels!!!…

I joined the challenge! I'm gluten free so many of my days are unprocessed (for the most part)! So I will do an even better job of getting the gunk out of my days! Turkey pepperoni will be a tough one......

Excellent job ladies! I finished day 28! I wish I were stronger to be able to hold myself up during the plank moves - but instead I must use the beginner version and use knees - I fell hard on my left knee a few days ago and the bruise is really starting to talk to me during these workouts!

Day 27. (D7L3)Done. That is all. :0)

Does moving furniture, boxes, crates, climbing up and down on a chair to hang crap on walls and using a stapler 300,000 times on the wall give me a pass for today?? LOL I feel totally worked out already today....however I will head down stairs right now and get this party started with Jillian. I'm already dreading the sumo…

Day 21 dun and gone - started Level 3 today - let me just say, I was slower than the beginner girl....but at least I was moving, right?! Still hard to breathe and had to stop to blow my nose - resisting the need to see the dr. but I may have to cave soon....

Oh yes, this is a very good reason for me to try L3 tomorrow instead - I do hate those V raises!!!

Day 19 (D9L2) Done - thankful it's Ovah! :0) I am battling upper respiratory stuffz and man, it's hard to breathe thru those cardios!
-
No need to be ashamed of doing the modified version! I do it for most everything - all that matters is that we are moving! Day 18 (D8L2) done! Feeling a bit better today, thank goodness. I did this earlier today after I walked my pups for 2 miles. I then went to the pool for about 3 hours to just chill in the sun. I am…

Day 17 (D7L2) is so done. Still feeling icky so today I put in hardly any effort compared to the other days. However, I'm glad I still did it. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day! Been contemplating if I'll be ready to move on to Level 3 on day 21, but if I keep feeling like this I doubt I'll work up enough strength by…

Feel free to add me, same goes for anyone - I'm always looking to have the biggest support group ever! I've become addicted to this site. I have logged and worked out religiously for almost 20 days now, usually when I try this I don't make it a full 7 days. This is a fabulous place to receive support and encouragement.…

Welcome! Wow, sounds like you've been on a roll! I too am a fellow Sparker, however, it's been a while since I've been there. I'm really liking the facebook-feel of MFP, I get to see updates from all my friends and their progress very easily. Congrats on such an awesome feat, hoping to see you thru to your goal! I'm always…

Of all the weirdest things....I miss Long John Silvers. A crappy fast food fish place where I used to always order chicken. It's not like I ate there very often even....just weird. Flour tortillas for burritos...too.

Just keep a strong head and know that you CAN'T have it cuz it will make you ill. That's been my saving grace. Sometimes I yearn for it inside, or someone will offer me something (either not knowing or forgetting) - i politely reply, no thank you, I can't eat that, I have Celiac Disease so I can't eat gluten or it will…
