Seeking friends to hold me accountable

Hi! I'm Kathy, a 44 year old TALL blonde female from Yorktown, Virginia. I have lost 30 pounds over the last three months with MFP and Atkins diet. I'm looking to lose about 100 more pounds, though I could stand to lose about 125-140. I am looking for friends who will drop me a line every now and again (and the favor will be returned) to just check up on me and to hold me accountable. I promise to be reaffirming yet firm in returning support. All you need to do is send me a friend request... no one will be denied!

I haven't been on the forums here before but would love the same things!
I started my weight loss journey 7 weeks ago and have lost 11kg (24.2lbs) . I have another 32kgs (70lbs) at least that I want to lose.

Hi Kathy! I'm Mindy. I signed up on here a couple of months ago and wasn't quite ready yet. But now I am and I could use support, Too! I am 212 lbs and would like to get down to 150 lbs. Hi Kathy, I have been using this site for the past 2 weeks. I have really been thrilled to find something so easy to use! I have done WW and other things in the past and couldn't stay committed. My daugter-in-law told me about the site and it has helped me soooo much. I log my foods EVERY DAY and being able to see what I have eaten and how many calories I have left and how many calories any given excerise will burn for me has had an awesome effect on me! I would be happy to try to encourage you along the way! I never wanted to count calories because it was so much trouble to me. My brother who has had a weight problem stemming from a near fatal car accident and losing some of his walking abilities, has in the past 2 adn a half months lost 38 lbs ....counting calories! He wants to lose another 50 and has been doing great...he has been a real inspiration to me! if others can do it we can too! By the way I am 48 a little older than you but I am glad to find someone close to my age wnating to do the same thing I want to do!! Stay committed! Oh I havent been able to figure out the ticker but I have lost 3.6 lbs since I started last Monday and am aiming at the 25 lb goal at this time.:)0
