The eggs worked out great. I even made one for my daughter. 2 eggs, and some cheese. She liked it too. She snubbed her nose at the celery and peanut butter. lol.

Is it ok to eat alot of protein? I'm over like 11 grams. Well I went to the store, I bought Celery, dozen eggs, Naked "Green machine" smoothie drink, 2 little snack packs one is carrots/celery/hummus, and the other is cheese/apples/caramel. and carrots, two smart ones meals. The rest was for my daughter milk, juice boxes,…

I have a pedometer...somewhere. Will have to find it. I noticed today when I was eating my lunch that I felt like I wanted to throw up. I think it's the protein that makes me feel that way. I was eating chicken when I felt like that. I'm trying to stay away from the sugar now (Candy bars, coffee drinks, sweet teas, fast…

I just got a blender last week, it came in the mail yesterday and i made a smoothie with it. I've never liked tomatoe soup, but I am sure there are other things I can try that would be appealing to me. Ok so carrots and celery will be my veggies for the crock pot. I'll also get broccoli, which I like to steam in the…

I'm probably going to get a rotisserie chicken tonight when I go to the store. For now that is easiest for me. So lets say I put half of the chicken in the crock pot, carrots, (what other veggies do you put in your soup?) Then do you fill it with water and add some spices? The crockpot part is simple, turn it on, and let…

That does sound good, and easy. I will have to try that.

I'll try the egg, spinach, and tomato...not sure about feta. I do like cheddar cheese though. I dislike with a passion swiss cheese, I think it smells like feet. lol.

I do know how to make omelettes, so that would be a good start. I'm going to the grocery store tonight to get some food, I only have $30 to spend, but I can get some eggs, veggies, and hopefully some fruit with it. Is there a paticular cheese you would recommend? I like cheese in my omelette.
-
lol it sounds fun.

On a personal note, OP, I really admire you and I'd love to be friends if you're into that. LOL I loved your post. And yes we can be friends. I know how to cook meat in a pan on the stove ex:hamburger meat. I have a crockpot, and steamer. I know how to use the steamer, I love steamed broccoli. The crockpot I haven't…

I have to wait till saturday to buy groceries, so I have to eat up whatever is left over in…

"You can teach yourself to cook and it can be very empowering. Good luck!" It's hard at first but I love to do things that empower me.

Tupperware grave yard. lol Hopefully you don't have any mold growing in them. That usually happens to me when I have left overs. yuck. My daughter will probably end up surpassing me in the cooking. She is only 11 and already likes to cook. She only knows how to make eggs though. But she will get excited when I let her make…

"Cooking doesn't have to be scary or cumbersome. You've done the hardest parts already. The rest is just a matter of building some new habits. Once you master one or two easy things to cook, you'll gain confidence; the rest is smooth sailing." Your post was well said. Thank you.
