Was curious if anyone was in therapy for emotional eating? What kind of things did your therapist do with you? My biggest problem is night time snacking.

Ouch Back hurts
Why does my back hurt when I'm lying on it, with my legs up? Alot of the exercise dvds call for this exercise, and it hurts my back really bad. I am 243 lbs. Is it because all the weight? Is there a way to modify this exercise so my back doesn't hurt so much? I don't think a mat would help.

So I am 244 lbs, 5"7, 29 year old, female. My coach gave me the P90X Phase 1 Plan 2, she wants me to eat 2,400 calories a day. Hi all, so my church does small groups, and they have some workout groups. I planned on doing a low impact one, but they don't have it this semester. They only have Turbo fire, So my question is, can a beginner do turbo fire? I'm 243, out of shape, but I really want to do one of these groups. Any advice?

This is a question for all the people that have lost 50 + lbs. Did you have alot of stretch marks and excess skin, and if so how do you get rid of it? I have 100 lbs to lose, and am really scared of having all the excess skin, and stretch marks left. Especially excess skin around my belly and arms.
