I have a cheat day, i eat anything im craving, chocolate, ice cream, pizza. Stuff like that, but this saturday im going to try a healthy cheat day

I think this all depends on the persons height and weight. Im 5ft and started losing weight last year in march, i lost around 35lbs on 1200 cals a day, i then upped my calories slightly and stopped losing, i figured i was in the famous ''starvation mode'' so i upped it again all the way to 1600-1800 a day. Ive done this for the past 3 weeks now, count my calories so theres still a deficit after a 3000 cal cheat day on saturday :)

I done insanity and ate the 1600-1700 it recommended, didnt lose 1 single pound, no inches either. Im only 5ft aswell. Dropped my calories, added a spike day and lost 1 inch in the last 2-3 weeks. Not much but ill take it considering i hit a plateau for 6months.

Im not THAT low carb, usually around 50-100 then on saturday i go big with 300+ where i eat anything i want. But from sunday to friday i eat chicken, fish, nuts, veg and fruit. No bread, cereal, pasta, rice, none of that during the week. pretty much 100% clean sun-friday

Im not sure if im low carb but it averages around 50-100g a day. I dont eat bread, pasta, rice or cereal. All my carbs come from fruit and veg.

Why dont you let yourself just enjoy that day? for 1 day it wont hurt. If im right, you would have to eat 3500 over your tdee to even gain 1 pound, so lets say your tdee is 2000, you would have to eat 5500 in order to gain 1 pound. Just enjoy your day, then get back to eating healthy the day after. You didn't lose it in 1…

1 cup of almond or semi skimmed milk 1/2 banana tsp pnbutter dash of cinnamon chocolate protein powder (i use soya isolate because its got no carbs in and tastes nice)

Just checking in again, so far ive had so many sweets and chocolate, i dread to think my calorie intake at the moment. About to go to the chippy and also vodka later. But hey its my birthday im aloud to go a little overboard haha :)

Holland and barrets chocolate soya isolate protein powder 1/2 banana 1tsp almond or pnbutter 2 ice cubes I have one everyone day, feel abit naughty cause its so nice haha, but healthy which is a bonus.
