I live in the uk and there is SO much stuff to buy at the cinema, i almost put on 10lbs just by looking at it haha. They have started doing dried fruit and nuts now though so thats a little better, still high in calories though

How many cals are you eating per day if you dont mind me asking? I was on 1400-1600 but wasnt making any progress so this week i dropped it down to 1100-1300 These last lbs are the devil i swear

Banana is my favourite fruit, i have one everyday :) Usually with a small dollop of almond butter, or in a protein shake. yum

Your weight fluctuates all the time so dont worry about it. Unless you ate 3500 cals then you didnt gain a pound. Stick with what you're doing and aslong as your measurements are not getting bigger, then youll be fine :)

I love all fruit, i usually eat 2 pieces a day, banana and apple although i LOVE peaches, plums, and any you can think of. The this is with fruit is that its natural occurring sugar, so the sugar from an apple is much better than 1 tsp of sugar. I wouldnt worry about it too much aslong as you're not eating RIDIC amounts…

On a healthy level, weetabix or high fibre bran, sometimes muesli And disregarding healthy completely, then cookie crisp, cinnamon cruch, sugar puffs, ready brek and shreddies :)

I think i have tried almost everything haha. To be honest though, if the scale stayed the same i wouldnt mind, its just the measurements and how i look that im focusing on, but neither are changing at the moment :(

Stock up on veggies and lettuce, they dont have alot of calories and can really fill you up if you eat enough. I found that i feel more hungry if im eating bread and pastas, so i eat more veggies, nuts, and lean meats now :) Also protein shakes fill me up SO much, im stuffed four a couple hours after :)

Yep i use a blender, its a bit hard to mix the bananas in without one haha, and what i do is 180milk, and a tiny tiny bit of water and 2 ice cubes if you can get them. Youll be suprised how much it makes up to, i usually get about 1pint out of it :) And as for the almond butter, its pretty much the same, but the peanut…

I suppose its whenever you feel hungry, aslong as you dont leave it too late. I usually get up at 6:30 go for a 30min jog then eat when i come back, and days im not jogging i eat pretty much as soon as i wake up. If you're not a big fan of eating in the morning, why not try a smoothie or protein shake?

I have no idea how much is too much, but i used to drink around 2litres and was still fine so i guess there's not really a limit, as long as we dont go crazy and drink gallons and gallons lol

I have the same thing everyday, i LOVE it! Its hard to believe its actually good for me haha, only thing different is i use almond butter instead of peanut :)
