Definitely want to lose! I want to lose at least 40 and then take it from there. I never thought I'd complain about having to EAT ALL THE FOOD, but honestly, when I'm eating primal-style, I'm content and happily full around 1800 calories. Right now, eating more just doesn't sound fun! LOL

Thanks, Bumble. That's helpful. I haven't been tracking food on here recently but I'm going to start trying again. I'm not religious about weighing and measuring, so there's a lot of eyeballing and guesttimating, but close is sufficient for me as I know I'm at a deficit.

What's the texture/mouth-feel like on this? I've tried bulletproof, but can't get past the oiliness of it. The flavor was okay, but I just felt slimy! LOL This sounds really foul, but hey, I'll give it a try if it's not a gross mouth-feel. :-)

Thanks for the welcome and encouragement. And you have no idea how accurate "Read and watch videos for form, but don't let it get in the way of starting and doing" is for me. I'm a big fan of prepping so much that I never actually start. LOL So I WILL start on Monday. :-)

I'm on day 14 of a Whole 30 and I started because my 80/20 Primal was rapidly sliding into 50/50. I needed some major structure to get back on track. So far I'm glad I'm doing it as I feel really great and it's helping me not have cravings.
