I started yesterday for the second time. Like you I did about 13 days before and I fizzled out because I couldn't do so many of the level 2 moves. :( I'm starting again and I'm hoping to be stronger when I get to level 2. I may increase my weights this time to help build up my strength.

I am! I have completed 11 days of 30 day Shred and 1 day of C2K. After 10 30DS workouts (about 15 days) I lost 5.5 pounds and 1.5 inches off my waist. I try to Shred about 5 days a week and I walk (orC2K ) 4-6 days a week.
