It's all about changing your habits. Never give up. It's hard to adjust to a new lifestyle, but once you keep your mind to it, it becomes incredibly easy. For instance, I used to drink soda like it was water, now I hate any type of carbonated beverage because I created this new habit. I use Stevia in place of sugar when I…

I'll be your friend! I'm trying to get some motivation too. I ended my Spring semester at college last month and need to use MyFitnessPal again. I'll be happy to motivate

I bought a Fitbit flex in January and never took it off (only to charge it) during Spring semester at college. It really helped because as a student, it's hard to fit time to work-out, so I made sure I got in my 10,000 steps each day. It maintained my weight incredibly well because I always gain weight on campus xD After…

Protein bars! I eat about three of them a week and they're like "candy" to me now. Anything with at least ten grams of protein (in my perspective) can keep you satisfied up until your next meal. I also drink green tea with raw honey daily ... keeps me satisfied as much as the protein to be honest. If you're not doing so…

It takes longer for the fat in my belly and thighs to melt away. I questioned if there was something wrong with my weight loss routine but figured it was very normal. It's not required that you only drink protein shakes after activity, so go ahead and replace any meal with a protein shake. I drink one protein shake a day. You…

I've been taking Topiramate (Topamax) since April of this year for migraines and I've had just about "6" side effects that happened over a period a time, and I still have them (except the first one I'm about to say). The first one happened within the first day, "drowsiness". Then came the one where I can't taste soda the…

I'm actually doing a variation of a one mile workout, then a two mile workout the nextday...switching it back and forth between those two. I just received the "Walk Away you Waistline" dvd yesterday that comes with the walk belt. It was a decent workout, so far i have three of Leslie's dvd's

When I gained weight at 15, I remember I did the WATP 1 mile beginner walk posted on Youtube (once everyday). I did that for about two weeks and lost five pounds! Now I recently bought two Leslie DVD's from Amazon ("Ultimate Collection" and "Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan") and by god, am I gonna be serious about these workouts…
