10 Pounds in 2 weeks?!

Is it possible? I'd really like to lose 10 pounds before going to see my family in 2 weeks and everything I've seen has been telling me its healthier to lose 2 pounds per week. Now, normally I would try doing that but I've put it off so much that I've basically run out of time. I'm 5'4 and 160 pounds. Can i loose 10 pounds in 2 weeks? Do you have any tips? Thanks so much!

    Eat really clean and lots of cardio :wink:

    You can but it will be water and muscle and you will gain it back quickly and possibly more

    you're not going to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks unless you take off a limb.

    you can do 3-5 if you are really diligent about your food and kill it in you workouts

    Ten pounds is possible in two weeks but as stated above, it will probably be mostly water and muscle loss.

    Difficulty amps up if you have kept active lately too - people who have been sedentary for a while seem to lose a surge of weight at first (excess water) before it all slows down.
