  • Level 2 Day 10 Done yestereday!! Really pleased, went for a run yesterday too and wasn't going to do the DVD but then felt guilty and it wasnt so bad.   • I do the dvd first thing in the morning before work, so I'm getting up at 5:30 to sweat it out with Jillian :yawn: It's good though because after it's over, I'm very awake and energized so it gets me going for the rest of my day.

  • Hello have just done day 6 of level one and actually feel much better, actually completed the bicycling sit ups at the end which i couldn't before, going to attempt to do tomorrows at 6.30am as i have work. Don't ache so much today which is good, am aiming to do every day but will see!
  • They are both things that I find the hardest, mine is day 6 today, and the bicycle sit ups were easier today and the first day I managed it to the end, what will you do move onto the next level anyway or wait until you feel the whole of level 1 is easier?
