  • A lot of the purported benefits of a cleanse are in regard to digestion, I kind of assume that is where you're headed with the original question. Lacto fermented vegetables and drinks, such as sauerkraut, kombucha, kefir, kimchi, etc. will do wonders for the digestion when taken regularly and over a period of time.…
