i totaly agree, i have depression and ocd and find its hard. the ocd means i need to stay in control cutting my calls low to win the game. if the depression kicks in its like your in a dark whole and you just cant get out. i didnt read it but have you spoke to your doctor. maybe thats were you need help, im on tablets but…

i eat around 800 a day.

ive lost over 51/2 stones altogether and i have supper around 9pm at night i feel i sleep better.

i have come up with a sensible weight, but when i get there i can then if i wish take it down a bit more. since i started from before i started with mfp i have lost over 51/2 stones.

i am type 2 diabetic, my doc told me 3 portions of fruit a day is fine.its the sugar added to cooking teas coffees chocolate etc that i cant have. i do watch my sugar on mfp but if its natural im not bothered if its highish.

i watch my sugar but think its a mistake, im type 2 diabetic but my sugar is always over if you look at my diary its natural sugars fruit etc not bad sugars. fruit is fine and veg they are needed in the diet.

i looked at your diary and was surprised to see no salads no veg its all processed foods, thats never good, we need the healthy fruit and veg.

i do it most days, then i shave off what i can do without.

me to, 9 is my cut off , its in my head tho if i dont eat something i wont sleep.

mine sit in the bathroom but i dont weigh often every 2 weeks or so.

i agree, id been on the diet over a year but for last 6 months my ex was not helpful. then we broke up and now im back on track and feeling good again.
