i used to have an American girlfriend, mmmm the accent , fringes are not bangs , bangs are noises we live in the UK not Europe we go on holidays and speak English. While in the USA the times they said they love my accent what accent its my language . Now i must say i did love walmart and Disney world.

my daughter cooks but i buy the food, Mellon starter turkey loads of veg small yorshire pud pigs in blankets my home made xmas pudding and no sugar custard cream for others, ham salad for tea and crackers with pate. the others will have higher call foods but mine will be healthy.

oh my god, ive just looked at your diary. so much high call foods so many times a day. seriously cut out the bad stuff limit portions and fill up on healthy stuff.

ive had a look at your diary, there isnt any fresh veg, loads of crisps and other high carbs / fats. maybe have a rethink on foods.

kay dont waste your money these things are gimmicks and when you loose the weight and go back to eating the way you did you will put it on again. eat fresh veg fruits lean meat and think of this not as a diet but a healthy way to live, good luck youl get there.

gday mate, my son and grandkids live in perth. there are so many places to eat there all the shopping centres and fast foods. wendys yum hungry jacks chicken treat i do think there is a weight prob there. good luck babe

exactly we over eat we get fat, we eat less and use calls we lose it. everything we eat should be counted but fruit and veg are good. simples eeep (meercat impression)

I love hard boiled eggs and have them often, I was brought up having them most days. I agree they are a good thing to have in your diet.

I have sleep problems and anxiety attacks OCD and depression I take citalipram and tamazipan but I drink lemon tea as well as chamomile tea it really helps me. Good luck

this is my plan, lunch veg no potatoes turkey one small yorky pud, xmas pudd ummm thinking, sugar free custard. tea cold turkey salad ect home made sugar free tryfull. any sweets or choc that diabetic but not a lot as they are dietetics. similar on boxing day . thats the plan.
