  • I've been doing IF for the past week, also doing 16/8 split. So far I like it, haven't weighed myself yet though. I just have to make sure that I eat enough fat and protein at dinner so that I'm not starving he next day before my 1st meal.
  • My go to for lunch is homemade soup. As long as it's broth based (no cream) it's low calorie and very filling. My faves are chicken noodle, roasted tomato, or black bean, but the options are endless. It's also really cheap to make a huge pot that you can freeze part of for later.
  • You can find a pretty good article about this at http://www.aworkoutroutine.com/brown-rice-vs-white-rice/. In summary, brown rice isn't that much more nutritious than white, in fact the stats are almost identical. As long as you pair it with some protein and veggies, just eat whichever one you like the most.
