Well results are in. I only lost .02 pounds this week. I am kinda down about it because I have been so careful and tried really hard. Hoping maybe part of it was the fact that it monthly gift week, but not sure if that is it. I guess we shall see next week. I didn't gain or stay the same so I guess that is at least a plus?…

Yes I have it set to lose 2 pounds a week. I will check out the thread and thanks so much for your response. I was afaid that I might be running a little low on what I am eating. I would however like to still figure out my target number to eat for max loss but healthy loss..2 pounds would be even good a week.

I need to lose a total of 78 pounds! UGH..lol I do not find that I am hungry at all during the day unless I skip a meal but I have only done that one day so far, but in the morning starving when I wake up!
