BMR vs Calorie Intake
My question is if your BMR is 1589 but your calorie intake is 1200 will you still be able to lose weight or will your body go into a starvation mode. If it will go into starvation mode if under 1589 and you really can't do very much exercise how do you adjust to still be able to at least lose about 2 pounds a week? Thanks…
